Self-hosted · Arabic & English · Muscat

The garage app customers actually come back to.

Clean & Care is a bilingual car wash and garage platform: live booking, bay tracking, memberships, and gamified loyalty — plus an owner console for the team that runs the lane.

Walk-ins forget. The app remembers.

Most bays still run on WhatsApp, paper stamps, and a cashier who knows the regulars. The moment that person is off shift, the household is a stranger again.

No memory of the car

Shine fades, oil is due, and nobody pings the owner until the engine complains.

Loyalty is a paper card

Stamps get lost. Promises are not tracked. Repeat visits depend on habit, not design.

The owner flies blind

Revenue, bay time, and who churned live in a notebook — if they live anywhere.

One platform. Two doors.

Customers get a pocket garage. Owners get the operations desk. Same login, different home.

Customer app

Open customer app

Book a wash, watch the bay, keep Shine and Health scores, spin a reward, and hold every household car on one membership.

Owner console

Open owner console

Live bookings, staff, before/after photos, members, inbox, CMS, and revenue — the garage in one view.

What lives in the pocket

Built for a single garage that wants chain-grade software without joining a chain.

Digital booking

Pick a car, a service, a slot, and a payment. Pickup and drop-off if the household is busy.

Live bay tracking

Received → in service → quality check → ready. The phone updates as the team does.

Shine & Health scores

Every car carries two scores and one recommended next action — wash, oil, or rest.

Multi-car households

SUV, sedan, city run — separate history, one family membership, shared XP.

Memberships that pay first

Unlimited club, family plan, wash packs, and wash + maintenance. Pause any month.

Gamified loyalty

XP, levels, weekly streaks, Dust Cup, 4+1 stamps, spin wheel, mystery box, birthday gift.

Payments & invoices

Thawani, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Digital invoices, outstanding balances, member washes marked free.

Owner operations

Staff, bays, CMS banners, weather, inbox, analytics, roles, and before/after photos.

What the garage actually gains

Gamification is not decoration. It is a retention engine with a revenue number attached.

Repeat visits

Streaks, Dust Cup, and a decaying Shine score give a reason to come this week — not “sometime”.

Higher spend per visit

Recommended next action, upgrades, and a membership that already prepaid the wash.

A quieter lane

Fewer “where is my car?” calls. Status, photos, and chat sit in the same thread.

One household. Three cars.

Separate history, scores, and recommendations per vehicle. The family sits on one membership.

Care that becomes a habit

Gamified loyalty

XP, levels, weekly streaks, Dust Cup, 4+1 stamps, spin wheel, mystery box, birthday gift.

Your garage becomes a game that rewards every visit. Earn experience points, climb levels, and keep weekly streaks alive. Join the Dust Cup for friendly competition, collect four-plus-one stamps for bonus washes, and try your luck with the spin wheel and mystery box. The system also celebrates your birthday with a gift. Loyalty becomes fun and engaging for the entire household.

Four steps. Then it compounds.

  1. 01

    Claim the garage

Sign in as owner. The first account on this instance runs the console.

  2. 02

    Customers book

They add cars, pick a service, pay, and hold a membership if they want the floor.

  3. 03

    The bay speaks

Staff advance status. The phone shows before/after. Ready pings the owner of the car.

  4. 04

    Loyalty does the rest

XP, stamps, and a spin after a finished visit. Next week they already have a reason.

The owner sees everything

Bookings, bays, staff, revenue, and before/after photos in one owner view.

Self-hosted. Your data stays yours.

Clean & Care is not a wash-chain SaaS that holds your customers. You deploy the app, you keep the Postgres database, you brand the garage.

Vercel

The web app — customer pocket, owner console, bilingual UI — ships as a standard Vercel project.

Neon

Serverless Postgres for production. Bookings, profiles, XP, and invoices live in your branch.

Supabase

Any Postgres-compatible host works. Point the app at a Supabase database if that is your stack.

One garage, one instance. Arabic and English toggle on every screen. No third-party loyalty vendor in the middle.

Questions owners ask

Is this for a chain or a single bay?+

A single garage. You self-host it. Staff, members, and cars belong to that shop — not a marketplace of other workshops.

Does it really run in Arabic?+

Yes. Every screen has Arabic and English copy, and the layout flips to RTL. Names, services, CMS banners, and notifications are stored in both languages.

Who becomes the owner?+

Choose “I run this garage” at sign-in. That account opens the owner console — bookings, staff, revenue, CMS.

Where does the data live?+

In your Postgres. Neon or Supabase are the usual hosts. The app on Vercel talks only to the database you configure.

Can customers still walk in?+

Yes. The owner console can take a walk-in, assign a bay, and still credit XP so the next visit happens inside the app.
